Ticket Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

All ticket products are fulfilled digitally via electronic mail. Immediately upon successful payment authorization, our automated ticketing system issues your digital admission tickets directly to the email address specified during checkout.

Standard delivery time: Within 1 to 5 minutes of order completion.

Tickets are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, enabling instant booking even on the way to the Science Center.

Electronic delivery cost: €0.00 (Completely Free).

There are zero shipping fees, zero postal charges, and zero electronic delivery surcharges on all online orders.

Your confirmation email contains two accessible formats for admission:

• High-Resolution QR Code: Scannable directly from any mobile smartphone screen at our ticket turnstiles.
• Downloadable PDF Ticket: An official A4 ticket including VAT receipt details, which can be saved to your device or printed at home if preferred.

If your confirmation email does not arrive within 15 minutes of ordering:

1. Check your spam, junk, updates, or promotional email folders.
2. Verify that there were no typos in the email address provided at checkout.
3. If you still cannot locate your tickets, contact our customer support team immediately at asiakaspalvelu@heurac.best or by telephone at +358 9 8579 288. Our customer service desk can look up your booking on-site and print or resend your tickets in seconds.

When arriving at the Science Center (Tiedepuisto 1, 01300 Vantaa):

• Head directly to the automated entrance gates or the ticket office.
• Present the QR code on your mobile phone or your printed ticket.
• Our optical scanners will validate the QR code and admit your group immediately without waiting in ticket sales queues.
